Here are my recommendations for Hybrids. They can be complicated because the process to build them is more difficult than an average install but well worth it.
My favorite build thus far is: The "ghetto-build"
OS Version .103/.106 hybrid plus .90 CDMA and .86 MMS.cod
I found out about this later last night and let me tell you…. this by far the fastest most stable "ghetto rigged" OS available right now. Supposedly the .125 is going to be the next "official" release. .112 has been seen floating around on the net and it has some cool new copy/paste options. Install Instructions
1 - d/l and install the leaked .103 OS for the 9530
2 - Unzip the package into a temp folder
3 -unzip JAVA.ZIP to
C:\program files\common files\research in motion\shared\loader files\9530-v4.7.0.103_P4.0.0.131\JAVA\
say YES TO ALL overwriting existing files
4 - unzip CDMA.zip to
C:\program files\common files\research in motion\shared\loader files\9530-v4.7.0.103_P4.0.0.131\CDMA\
say YES TO ALL overwriting existing files
3 - Now use the AppLoader located at "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Loader.exe"
4 - After rebooting process - make sure you turn on your radio and update your service books.
